I normally don't have blogposts with DATES as titles, but the Date being so important, their's no better title i could really come up with! there were titles like "Karnala Again", "Trek", "LOST IN THE WOODS", etc that came to my head but then I realized i'd be Kidding myself to put something like that up there!
Anyhoo, it was Me, Prateek (a Guy i've referred to on my blog earlier as well), Rasika, Keshav, Pooja and Aditya who went there... not to forget, we also had Oliwia from Poland and Evian and Rose from China who went along with us... :D
After bucket loads of planning, replanning, destination changing etc, that involved calls as late as 1am, we decided to Go to Karnala, A bird sanctuary around a fort, though we were more interested in the Latter cuz all we wanted to do was trek....
The Day started off like any other day that has something planned for the rest of it, WITH PEOPLE GETTING UP LATE! Something else really lame happened too, the phone i click with, lost it's ability to be used as a Phone at 6am in the morning, which made me realize that NO ONE gives you their cellphone at 6 in the morning to make an emergency call... and also that there are NO PAYPHONES in urban India Anymore!
enough of my story, let's start with the pictures now???
so after we got there, we had thought of keeping a low profile initially, but that plan was murdered in Cold blood by this guy who happened to be some official of the Sanctuary.. he actually made us pose for a photo! -_-
After that Debacle, we set off again with the destination in Clear sight! a Fort that is 1440ft above the sea Level!
Yes you'll notice that there aren't too many pics of us getting up there or even of getting down ... it's just that it was either raining then or we had better things to do... LIKE GETTING THE HELL OUT OF THERE ... :D
